Overnight Oats


This has to be my new favorite breakfast. It was so easy and all I had to do in the morning was cut up the banana and eat! 

Ingredients

3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup milk (I used 1%..recommend vanilla almond milk)
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 packet stevia
1/2 banana

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into mason jar
  2. Stir.
  3. Place in refrigerator overnight
  4. In morning, add 1/2 sliced banana and enjoy!
