Overnight Oats
This has to be my new favorite breakfast. It was so easy and all I had to do in the morning was cut up the banana and eat!
Ingredients
3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup milk (I used 1%..recommend vanilla almond milk)
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 packet stevia
1/2 banana
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into mason jar
- Stir.
- Place in refrigerator overnight
- In morning, add 1/2 sliced banana and enjoy!
